Ambition Blinds Delivery & Terms
When ordering products from the Ambition Blinds website, your order will only
be processed when the goods have been paid for in full by credit card, debit
card or PayPal. Your blinds will then be manufactured and delivered by our
couriers. When ordering made-to-measure blinds, you are entering into a legally
binding contract. Our blinds are made-to-measure to your specifications and
cannot be restocked or resold. It is up to you, the customer, to check your
sizes before ordering and once ordered, sizes cannot be changed.
The price you pay is the price you see, inclusive of VAT
and delivery. Ambition Blinds recommend you check your
order and prices quoted before paying for your goods.
Our Right to Cancel your Order
Ambition Blinds reserve the right to cancel your order
- Your order has not been paid for in full.
- You have ordered your blinds from outside Mainland
UK and are not willing to pay the added delivery costs.
- We have insufficient stock to manufacture the goods
- Unknown to us, the goods ordered have been discontinued.
- A pricing or typing error has occurred within our internal
Ambition Blinds will notify you by email and no discounts
or compensation will be offered for unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery of your Goods
Delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days depending
on order volume, stock and couriers. Various courier companies
deliver our blinds and delivery is Monday to Friday to
the address you specify.
The address for delivery can be different from the billing
address and can be a relative, neighbour or works’ address
but the blinds must be signed for upon delivery. When the
blinds are ready, they will be dispatched immediately.
If there is no one in on the first attempt, the couriers
will leave a card so you can contact them direct to re-arrange
a more suitable delivery day. If they do not receive a
response, then they will try to deliver a further two times
before returning the blinds back to us.
Delivery is to Mainland UK & Ireland is only and is £4.95.
This is not refundable and we cannot be held responsible
for courier delays but will endeavour to deliver your order
as quickly as possible.

Defected and Damaged Goods
All our products are sold with a 12 month guarantee against
any defects or problems that prevent the blinds working
the way that they were manufactured to do so. Our products
are guaranteed against any faults or defects in the materials
the blinds are manufactured out of. All our customers have
48 hours to report to us any defective goods caused by
the delivery or manufacturing process. Customers must check
the goods once signed for and check for any damage or faults.
The products are examples of the fabrics and materials
only. Due to the manufacturing process, there may be shading
or colour differences. The images on our site are scans
only. Ambition Blinds recommend that you order a free sample
of the fabric or material before placing an order. Our
products are made-to-measure and cannot be returned if
you do not like the colour, texture or finish.
Product Description – Wooden Venetian Blinds
PLEASE NOTE: our wooden venetian blinds are manufactured
from real wood. As they are a natural product, there may be shading and colour
differences between blinds. This is normal and we cannot be held responsible
for natural shade changes in the blinds.
