Our Roman Blinds are fully lined and a number of ranges are available with free blackout lining ( please check for availablity of fabric with b;ackout lining before choosing this option) if you choose the Deluxe Headrail. You can have a choice of headrail on all the roman blinds; the Standard Headrail has a cord control which would be tied around a cleat fixed to the wall, window frame or door,  and the Deluxe Headrail has a white chain control attached
to  the headrail.
